Lucky year 2011, that was

I have a lot of blessings to be thankfull of in the year 2011...in random turn of events- healthier blood values... lower blood sugar...but still taking glumet for maintenance
- normal cholesterol as a result of minimized rice & pork intake
- have drive to go to the gym for at least 2 x a week for min 45 min treadmill
- acquire dream gadgets....new office laptop..LED TV, ipad2, kumyoung videoke
- US trip (shopping to the max... harry potter exhibit, new york... sfo...)
- lost little weight! have to bring clothes & jeans for repair
- acquired cool stuffs from hmr, cavite tyange, duty free, clark base... and timely mall sale
- apartment furnitures...
- special salary increase
- hit personal brand target
- won mp3 in office xmas party
- won in pbm xmas party
- won oakley shades in ad congress marlboro promo- sell oakley & bought rayban cockpit shades
- cool beauty bargain from ensogo
- got tickets for free from pal miles
- guts to be an evil witch in our department xmas party.. and even won one of the best costumes...
- accumulated miles from delta... got low cost plane ticket from iowa to ny...
- acquired harry potter collectibles
- won cold cash 50k in ad congress abscbn event
- simple blessings to family
- good happy life!

Charmed!

ill be wearing my charms and crystals, All-in- one Blessed Animal Charm by Joy Lim everyday for the whole 2012! No trinkets and bracelets for me for one year! Not to mention, ill be wearing my wrist watch on my left hand... i used to wear them on my right.... i really hope this charms and crystals will give me luck, love, health, boost in career, and money for shopping!!!! this year, the animal charm that is compatible with my birth year, Tiger is Horse..

watched disney on ice with ruthie rachelle val sonia and neo... got patron and lower box tickets courtesy of my pal mabuhay miles....
i enjoyed the performance of the disney villains! i think there are more characters this year than 2 years ago...of course theres mickey & minnie, donald & daisy, pluto, goofy... princess & prince jasmine & aladin, ariel & eric, belle & beast, cinderella & prince charming, snowhite & prince, aurora& philip, tiana & naveen, mulan & li shang.... alice, tinkerbell, lilo, stitch, woody, jesse, buzz, rex, ham, toy soldier, fairy godmother, pinochio, gepetto, disney villains: cruella deville, dr facilier, captain hook, evil queen, maleficent... . i hope i did mentioned all...

Im so behind in updating my blog! sorry my blog for not posting an entry for so long! but this is my promise... ill post more ofter in 2012! (cross fingers)

2 weeks out

I was out of office for 2 straight weeks. Meaning, i was working on the field for 2 weeks. i really hoped it was a 2 week vacation. Nevertheless, i managed to see and visit nice places. I traversed more than half of the mindanao island. First stop was Davao, then Cagayan de Oro, then Dipolog, and last stop was Zamboanga. Boy, what a trip, we have to get up early and catch a quick breakfast to take a min 3 hrs and max 5 hours land trip. I saw one of the famous tourist resort in Dipolog City, Dakak. We just had snack there and picture taking. We marked the place as one of the options where we can hold our regional meetings. Then, we went to see the historical place, Dapitan, home of exile of our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. Its amazing to know some facts about his life in exile as the tour guide re tells them which obviously i did not remember from college subject, PI 100, shame on me! Well at least, now I know. Aside from the side trips, my fieldwork turned out to be productive. The info and data i gathered will be useful in our upcoming business planning by September. I really missed my office cubicle, our breaktime, lunch out and my apartment room.

Well, that 2 weeks is done now... And im ready to finish the month with good output in time for the planning. When i returned to Manila yesterday, i went straight to 2 meetings. I did not have the time to check on the pile of papers on my table, worse, was not able to open my email inbox. I imagined it to be on red and some mails have bounced since i was not able to open it everyday. Plus some junk mail, of course, has added up to the line. I really want an application that will automatically organize emails and filter it to good and junk mails. Is that impossible?
Well so much for that wish, got to tidy up my maibox first.
