A HEalthy Start



Last MArch 9 2011 me & my girl friends BEng & Lissa joined the Athena Fun Run, an all womens run at Mall of Asia. I was able to finish 3 km in 30 minutes... combi of running & walking... not too bad for a start... Even before, i started brisk walking for 45 minutes in the morning...if i fail to get up early & woke up too lazy to don jogging attire, i just settle for stretching exercises & statio bike for 45 minutes... this new routine of mine i want to make as a daily habit... i also stopped eating a lot of rice & pork... actually my ultimate goal is to lower down my blood values such as cholesterol, sugar... before I even reach 40.. and... eventually loose a lot of weight!!!! but no pressure... il do it slowly... heheheheheh
