It was already 10:54 when the talent (mommy piggy) let her babies suckle... thats the last frame to shoot... sobrang pasaway, away mag pa kuha ng video!!!... galing ng lights!!!

the director shouted cut and all of us present cheered to the fullest! I am so sleepy!!!... slept through the trip... guess what? TRAFFIC!!!!! got home at 1:24 am....was not able to do y walking exercise, AGAIN....

Waahhh... that's the situation I'm into right now.... picture this:

Agenda for today: Product TVC & AVP shoot at Bulacan
Call Time at Mandaluyong office: 6 am
Target grind: 8 am
Target end: 6 pm

What went wrong????
1. Its raining! gloomy!!!!.... may bagyo pala!!!
.... so, hindi ako nakapag walking exercise....
2. Agency staff are late... so production set up was delayed
3. Production staff had double flat tire... arived at the set 1pm!!!
4. Grind started 2 pm
5. Wrong logistics were delivered
6. Talents (pigs) wont cooperate, have to inject tranquilizer...
7. Target end: still unknown... uhuhuhuhuhu... its 7 pm na

Positive side...
1. out of office!!!! fresh air
2. meeting with agency on other projects
3. read email
4. good food
5. no boss to deal with
6. wont drive home on a raining, friday night

Hope things will be better this weekend!!!!

HEALTH CHECK

I had my annual physical check up last week & I just received the results... hehehehe... as expected... i got 3 yellow highlights... this meant that there are 3 blood values that crossed the borderline... hehehehe... cholesterol, triglycerides & LPL or bad cholesterol.

But, I still want to congratulate me because these results is far way better than my April 2008 values... my not eating pork since Feb 2009 paved off... buti na lang! kasi kung d nag bago, e kakain na lang ulit ako ng pork. Its so ironic talaga kasi my line of work is all about pork... my officemates always say .. uy ritz, support the industry... but, now that age is running fast ahead of me, health comes first... i should be in good health state before i begin life... life begins at 40 davah... heheheh... pero matagal pa un... hahaha...

To top this, today is my first week of walking... yup, as in outdoor brisk walking @ 5:45 am... this, i really hope I can develop into a habit and routine...i won't push my limits naman, pag hingal na, uwi na. hahahaha...

So, since all of these are put into record, nakakhiya naman sa akin kung d ko gagawin... so wish me luck!

What else is new? D na nawalan ng THINGS TO DO!!!! I need a break...

I got upcoming 9 events until November... some are out of town, some are big & some are small sponsorhips, planning for 2010 for 8 brands... then, come October, its budgeting pa!!! bakit ba ganito... too many activities, too little time... sobrang nakaka-stres!!!

ELIMINATING THE PRIME SUSPECT

Yehey! I've eliminated the prime suspect of me developing allergic rhinitis. Since, we are just renting the apartment, it will be very tedious and expensive on our part to totally remove the carpet, so... heres what we did!!!




we placed linoleum on top of the carpet & sealed all corners with duct tape... ok naman kinalabasan... mas madaling mag-linis...

For lifetime...

I was diagnosed with ALLERGIC RHINITIS by my EENT doctor the last time I visited him for a check up of a 2 week old colds & sore throat...

The meds are pretty expensive, the only good side is its just for spray...

I believe that this condition may go away if i can eliminate the culprit...

here are the suspects... my visit to our feedmill plant (with all the dust particles), room carpet, room rug, car freshener...

...kinda bitin...well u cannot expect everything in the book to be there in the movie...once again, just like in the first 5 of it, i lllooooovveeee it...galing talaga ng effects...can't wait for the finale...
