Birthday in LA

Best birthday gift, ever!

... an all expense paid US trip! ITinerary includes Los Angeles, California and Anchorage, Alaska! whats more exciting was the date of departure was exactly my birthday, April 5... I celebrated my birthday for 36 hours.... indeed a back to the future experience for me! I thank God for another year, full of blessings! He has showered me with so many many and i would like to share it and be a blessing to others!

How did it happen? this is a short notice trip announcement... I have already planned my holy week...i was advised that ill be joining the ABSCBN kapamilya caravan tomthe USA 6 days before departure... an officemate who was one of the dellegate fr our company was denied of a visa... so as not to waste the opp, i was the replacement! i was not prepared! but i cannot let this opportunity or should i say blessing pass... so here i am... Happy Birthday to me!

SEVERUS SNAPE

is the name of my new car...its an office issued car...toyota vios 1.5 g A/T... black... i had him last march 24...around 11:12 am.. plate number TQK 262...Neo named him Sheriff... Ruthie named him kuntakinte, oprah, lallie called him barrack... names i contemplated are negra, katniss, sirius black, tikyo... tiny suggested snape and I instantly love it! parang thats the name i have in mind but i did not get there until tiny made the suggestion...i had him blessed last mar 25, sunday in Our Lady of Good Voyage in Antipolo...what i really like about the car is that it has auto adjust side mirror! its power windows, central lock, with fog lamps... with 15 rim mags... even the spare tire has mags... which lacks my previous car which is just a manual transmission, entry level of vios....the things that i already bought as accesories... 3m floor matting, led dome lights, trash bin, non-slip mat, tissue holder, odor eliminator, duster, window cleaner, rearview mirror...toolbox, air compressor, windshield shade, i'll order leather seat cover color dark gray with either red or orange stitches... i'll order rain guard too... i'll schedule for tint (super dark 3m), i also want to install sensor, i'll order spare key with achilles remote... whew! never ending things to buy! but its all worth it!

By far, the best shoes ever...

with these shoes... crocs leigh & hanalei... with my weight, i can wear heels all the time! in the office, fieldwork, malling...coffee with friends, out of office meetings...very comfy, no feet ache... very light... highly recommended!

It comes in different colors... i got black, oat & berry crocs leigh (still in search for the turqouise)... black & jade crocs hanalei (still want dark blue & red & brown..) hhheheheh... i got 5 pairs already and I still want more!!!

and soon...the crocs a-leigh i bought online...my 6th pair...

Millionnaire in Vietnam

So thats how it feel like to be a millionaire! I spent a couple of million dollars... in vietnam dhong! heheheh... our room for overnight stay was worth 1.4M... oh well...

We, together with 2 officemate-friends arrived Saigon on March 9, 2:00 am... we will leave tomorrow March 12...
we booked a night (Puppet Show, "siklo" ride, dinner cruise in saigon river) and a day (War Museum, Reunification Palace, Notredame Cathedral, Post Office) tour around ho chi minh city... the weather is hot, as expected... like in the philippines.... the food is good! noodles, spring roll... pomegrenate... street traffic is unbelievable! half of the street is occupied by motorcycles...as in! practically 90% of the people there rode motocycle... i go crazy when crossing the street! we also had a one hour massage which we enjoyed...we spent millions at the ben tanh market...shopping was not like in hongkong and US..we did not get much as we expected...we had time to rest in the hotel...our room is nice....good food during breakfast... taxi rate equivalent is very affordable...
